The Government anticipates the award of a firm?fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures."
