Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of six (6) handwashing stations with minimum dimensions of 51” width x 48” height x 22” length and capabilities that accommodates up to 600 washes and the ability to be forklifted. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 562991. The small business size standard is 9,000,000. The Product Service Code is W085.


The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.  Once available, the solicitation will be posted on SAM, https://sam.gov.
