Full Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, quality control, and supervision necessary to design and construct a replacement roof system for hangar 1(Bldg 50) in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO) dated 31 Jul 08, Addendum 01 dated 15 Sep 08, 35% design specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the basic contract. All work shall be in accordance with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Wage determination TX080040 applies. The project shall be phased with issuance of two NTPs, one for design and one for construction. The Contracting Officer may authorize the construction to commence concurrently with design once the 90% design has been approved by the Government. The total period of performance for design shall be 126 calendar days and 180 calendar days for construction from the date of respective notice to proceed. This delivery order requires use of items designated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as products that are or can be made with recovered materials. In accordance with FAR 52.223-9, the contractor must submit certification and estimate of recovered material content upon completion of this delivery order.
