(Re-solicitation) The Contractor shall relocate one (1) Giant Voice (GV) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the penthouse area of building 1108, located on Hanscom, AFB, MA. to the spare office space on the 3rd floor of building 1108. This RTU is one of six RTUs that are part of the base-wide ATI Mass Alert system, which is controlled by two Central Control Units (REACT 5000s). Please see the Performance Work Statement(PWS) for additional requirements.


NOTICE OF MANDATORY SITE VISIT: The aformentioned are considered required for a quote to be acceptable for contract award.



1. A site visit will be held on Hanscom AFB on 3 September 2026 beginning at 9:00 AM ET. Please be at the Hanscom AFB Visitor Control Center by Sartain Gate (formerly Vandenburg Gate) in Bldg. 1617, Old Bedford Rd., Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 no later than 8:30 AM ET, on 3 September 2026, to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes. The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all visitors.

Coit, Contracting Officer, at anthony.coit@us.af.mil by 9:00 AM ET on 27 August 2026 to register for the site visit to gain access to the base. brian.murphy.50@us.af.mil. Please limit attendees to no more than two (2) per vendor.


Each individual, attending the site visit, must possess a REAL ID compliant driver's license or must present a second form of identification along with their non-REAL ID-compliant identification, and registration and proof of insurance for each vehicle, including rentals. To expedite the security screening process to access the installation, we encourage you to avoid the use of commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles require additional security checks and will delay the start of the site visit.
