Notice of Proposed Contract Action THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. AFLCMC/HBBK intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to Jackpine Technologies Corporation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Hanscom DevSecOps Cloud (HmC) is an on and off premise cloud based service provider to the Department of Defense (DoD) community, acting as a collaborative and secure platform to test, develop and connect a multitude of DoD-wide users. The scope of the requirements for the HmC are performance-based services to provide a secure on premise and off-premise cloud environment capabilities that support the user's software development, environment builds and security testing.
