The Department of Defense has issued an award notice for a service maintenance agreement with MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC under solicitation W91QEX-18-Q-0046. This contract ensures the continued maintenance and technical support of software owned by the Government, which was originally acquired from the contractor. Because MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC retains exclusive proprietary rights to the software package, they are the sole provider capable of offering these specific services and maintaining a standardized program across CBSI PNs. The decision to award the contract to this specific vendor follows market research confirming that no other available programs fully met the government's requirements. A critical factor in this selection was the necessity for a software format that can be installed in a stand-alone manner without internet access. As the single point of reference for customer service and technical support, MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC will continue to provide the essential infrastructure required to meet all CBSI TAFT specifications.

Full Description

MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC is currently providing the services under contract W91QEX-16-P-0042. We recommend that a contract be awarded to MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC, since the software that the Government owns was acquired from that Contractor and they are currently providing the maintenance service agreement and have proprietary rights to the software. Therefore, a service maintenance agreement on the Government's software is only available from MANAGER PLUS Solutions, LLC. MANAGER PLUS Solution LLC, retains exclusive rights as the sole proprietor of this software package, and will continue to provide a "standardized" program across the CBSI PNs. The software that will be provided originates solely from this Contractor, whom is also the single point of reference for technical support and customer service. All CBSI TAFT requirements were met with this product when market research was conducted. All researched programs outside of MANAGER PLUS did not fully meet the requirements nor offer a format that could be installed in a stand-alone manner without internet access.

Ergonomic Workstations JTF WHEM
Solicitation # W91QEX27QA001
The 410th Contract Support Brigade Regional Contracting Office Miami is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide a complete turnkey modernization of three operational workspaces for the United States Southern Command and the Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere in Doral, Florida. The project involves the design, delivery, and installation of modular ergonomic workstations and office furniture for Room 1 (JPG), Room 2 (POD), and Room 3 (JOC), with a total planning target of approximately 157 workstations. The awardee is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, including pre-installation site surveys, the removal and disposal of all legacy furniture, assembly, and final acceptance testing. All products must comply with ANSI/BIFMA safety standards, UL 962 electrical certifications, and ADA accessibility requirements. This is a total small business set-aside, specifically targeting SDVOSB and HUBZone entities. A critical requirement for eligibility is a pass/fail security gateway; the awardee must possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and ensure all on-site personnel have DISS TS/SCI eligibility. Evaluation is based on a best-value trade-off where technical capability, delivery schedules, past performance, and management approach are significantly more important than price. The contract includes options for additional workstation packages and the lease of a secure on-site storage container. Performance is scheduled across two primary cycles between December 2026 and June 2027, with final acceptance based on a joint walkthrough and the completion of a deficiency punch list.
