Harbor High HVAC Replacement Contract 2026-04

Santa Cruz City Schools is soliciting sealed bids for Contract 2026-04, which entails the removal and replacement of HVAC units, associated roofing and framing work, and electrical system upgrades at the Harbor High campus in Santa Cruz, California. The project is scheduled for construction from November 30, 2026, through July 30, 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder based on the amount of the base bid. Eligible bidders must hold a Class B or C-20 license at the time of award and maintain it through the completion of the contract and all warranty periods.
