Harris County Area Agency on Agency Nutrition Providers

The City of Houston is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to prepare and deliver between 7,000 and 10,000 meals per day to congregate and home-delivered nutrition sites serving older adults through the Harris County Area Agency on Aging and the Houston-Galveston Area Agency on Aging. The objective is to identify reliable vendors capable of consistently producing and delivering nutritious meals on time to ensure the dietary needs of eligible seniors are met across the region. The contract will be awarded to one or more vendors based on their ability to meet operational requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines, with the City retaining full discretion in the selection process. The contract has an initial term of three years and includes two automatic one-year renewal options, allowing for a potential total duration of five years.
