Calaveras County Health and Human Services Agency (“County”) is seeking a qualified construction management firm (“Consultant”) to provide construction management, coordination, observation, documentation, and contract administration services for the County’s Haven on the Hill Behavioral Health Supportive Housing Project located at 556 Toyon Drive, San Andreas, California. The Project consists of the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, site improvements, building system improvements, and related work identified in the County’s construction Contract Documents and Invitation to Bid 26-1065-04-909 which can be viewed at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/buyer/home/home. The Project is being completed in phases, including a required Phase 1 completion and occupancy milestone, followed by completion of the remaining Phase 2 work. The Consultant shall act as the County’s construction management representative and shall assist the County in monitoring and administering the construction contract. The Project generally consists of accessibility improvements to an existing County-leased residential facility, together with associated interior and exterior improvements, as more particularly described in the Contract Documents. This Request for Proposals process will be used by the County to select a vendor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the County. The selected proposer will be expected to work closely with designated County staff, consultants, and contractors to ensure the timely implementation and performance of services that meet the identified scope and needs of the County.
