Full Description

The Government anticipates the issuance of a 6 month extension to contract W31P4Q-11-C-0320 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, CAGE 05713. This action will provide continued Homing all the Way Killer Engineering Services under the Fair Share Sustainment Program for FMS customers. The contract award period will be from date of contract award to 31 March 2017. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2); however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Raytheon Company is the original equipment manufacturer and sole developer for the Homing all the Way Killer missile system. Raytheon Company maintains the knowledge, skilled labor force, and detailed technical data concerning the manufacturing processes, system operations, and detailed designs necessary to perform the critical services associated with this effort.
