This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote (RFQ). RFQ number 70Z03819QH0000090 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award one (1) order with firm-fixed prices to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), EDO LLC-Electronics Systems, North Amityville, NY for repair of the components listed below on a sole source basis. These components are determined to be commercial items IAW FAR 2.101 and are used on the Coast Guard's HC-130 aircraft. MMR DAU; NSN: 5999-01-HS2-0752; P/N: 1021J520-001; three (3) each MMR Front End Receiver; NSN: 599901-HS2-0749; P/N: 1021J500-001; one (1) each Period of Performance will begin at award through delivery. Set Aside: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), 41 U.S.C 2304(d)(1)(B).
