INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Board of Directors, Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 81 , will be received at the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer, Suite 500; Houston, Texas, 77042 (Phone: 281-558-8700) OR electronically through www.civcastusa.com , until 2:30 PM Local Time , Tuesday, October 6, 2026 , at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read at the office of BGE, Inc. and through Microsoft Teams . The Call-in number is (832) 680-2579 and the Conference ID is 162 789 413# for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to “Construction of Cinco Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Access Road Bridge Wingwall Rehabilitation for Harris County MUD No. 81, Harris County, Texas.” Scope of Project: The construction activities include but are not limited to the removal of the fractured concrete wingwall and replacement with a new wingwall structure. The contractor is to saw cut the existing wingwall, remove and dispose of concrete, excavate eroded soil and place temporary shoring. The installation of the proposed concrete wingwall will include forming concrete structure, raising settled portion of wingwall, repair of cracked areas, replacing pipe supports as directed by engineer and repair of guardrail. Site restoration to include solid sod strips and hydromulching. Contractor will be responsible for care and control of water and storm water pollution prevention during construction activities. Contractor will also be responsible for submitting a Trench Safety Plan prepared and sealed by an engineer licensed by the State of Texas. Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.
