Request for Information The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capabilities for professional administrative staffing support services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.0002 (b)(2) this Request for Information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), an offer to negotiate, or as an obligation on the part of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response. Responses are strictly voluntary. Respondents will not be compensated, and all information becomes property of the Government upon submission. The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response is seeking information regarding potential contractor(s) to provide labor, supervision, and all other resources necessary for professional administrative staffing support services at multiple locations both onsite and offsite. It is anticipated that this requirement will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract single award IDIQ and/or a multiple award IDIQ. Staffing personnel shall be sufficient in quantity, availability, experience, and technical qualifications to perform work required for administrative staffing support.
