1.The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has a requirement to provide maintenance for the following supply/equipment for the Heavy Drop Rigging site (HDRS) and the Deployment Readiness Cage (DRC) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 28310. These two facilities need annual laser leveling, quarterly inspections, and maintenance to meet the growing demand and changing weight requirements of equipment. This is a non-personal services contract to provide 189th DSSB mission critical roller and frame maintenance and servicing. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operations necessary for providing HDRS and DRC Rollers replacement and maintenance at Fort Bragg, NC. 2. The acquisition will be conducted as 100 percent total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with the Small Business size standard is $12,500,000.00 USD number of employees. 3. Description of Services requirement to be acquired: Meet or exceed requirement IAW the Performance Work Statement . 4.The Period of Performance will be 26 September 2026 through 25 September 2027, 12 month base contract with four 12 month option years and the Place of Performance is Fort Bragg, North Carolina. 5. Instruction to Offerors: In addition to providing pricing Sellers MUST include certain non-pricing information as document attached to their quote, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this Buy. Pricing will not be accepted if it is not included in the attachments. Vendors must provide a capability statement up to and including any applicable accreditations, that clearly demonstrates ability to complete PWS tasks. A Sellers failure to comply with these terms may result in their quote being determined to be non- responsive. Site Survey: There is a site visit scheduled for 09 September 2025 at 1300 EST at DRC Building O-1101 Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Vendor personnel shall comply with Fort Bragg access control requirements and are responsible for obtaining proper installation access for the site visit.
