Health and Human Sciences Complex-GMP-4

The University of Maryland, College Park is soliciting bids for the Health and Human Sciences Complex GMP-4 package, part of a 119 million dollar design-build project. The scope involves the fit-out of two existing core and shell buildings totaling approximately 160,000 gross square feet to create a new primary location for the School of Public Health.
