The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe intends to issue a solicitation for Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) and Linen Laundry Services in support of the mission at U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza (USAHC-V) in Vicenza, Italy. HEC services are the cleanliness, disinfection and aesthetic maintenance of public and patient care spaces within Department of Defense (DoD) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). The Contractor is responsible for the performance of the entire scope of HEC and linen laundry operations including management activities such as planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation and submission, establishing and maintaining records, quality control, and performance management. The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base period and four (4) one-year options. The anticipated period or performance including phase-in is approximately 01 September 2025 to 30 August 2030. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $22M. The Federal Procurement Data System Product and Service Code (PSC) for specialized, aseptic - Healthcare Environmental Cleaning services is PSC Q901.
