Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, has a requirement for Heat Tracing Strip, Tape Model #: SRL 5‑1CR, Chromalox P/N: 382758. This requirement will be procured as a brand‑name sole‑source acquisition from Chromalox, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and its authorized distributors.


The requested parts are “one‑for‑one” replacements and must be procured directly from the OEM (or its authorized distributor) to ensure the equipment operates in accordance with shipyard and OEM performance standards. Any other parts or accessories not manufactured by Chromalox would risk malfunction, render the equipment inoperable, and cause delays in scheduled vessel work packages.


This solicitation will result in a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) contract. No substitutes are allowed. Please refer to the attachments for the complete description and specifications.
