ODM is requesting quotes for:- One (1) Qunler Large Collapsible Folding Wagon, 560 lbs Heavy Duty Big Bucket Utility Garden Cart with Oversized Tank Wheels for Sports, Shopping, Camping Kids, BlackDELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Please deliver to Attn: Kelly Dembinski, Ohio Department of Medicaid, 50 West Town St., Suite 400, Columbus, OH 43215-3414.Vendors must be MBE certified through the State to qualify for this solicitation.Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead, and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date. Vendors must provide their certified Ohio MBE/EDGE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE/EDGE certification on the bid.
