This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Highways (MoH), to prospective Respondents to provide Responses to provide Responses for the provision of Heavy Equipment Trailer Leasing, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). Pre-Qualified Suppliers will be invited to bid in the second stage of this process. Generally, MoH would expect to enter into a three year lease however other options could be reviewed.
Participation process: Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system. All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform.
