Solicitation # W912L926QA012
The Indiana National Guard has cancelled this pre-solicitation request for the current fiscal year, though it may become available in the next. The project envisioned a design-build, turn-key installation of a closed-network IP-based Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to monitor the exterior and parking areas of Buildings 733, 734, and 735 at the MTC-ATT facility in Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The technical requirements specified the installation of five fixed IP bullet cameras and one panoramic multi-sensor camera, integrated with Axis Camera Station 5 software and a dedicated network video recorder. The system was required to be TAA compliant, NGB approved, and physically isolated from external networks, with a mandatory 21-day video retention period. Under NAICS 561621, the prime contractor would have been required to self-perform at least 25 percent of the contract cost and provide objective proof of in-house technical capability, including manufacturer-specific certifications and W-2 employee verification. The scope of work included all engineering, Cat6 plenum cabling, installation, and end-user training, concluding with a final walkthrough and a one-year warranty on all materials and labor.
