Full Description

VIA would like to invite interested prime contractors to a Market Day for the proposed HEP Cars Renovation Program to be held in Q1 2024 at VIA’s Montreal Maintenance Centre. During this all-day event, VIA will present the program and the railcars, and provide further detail on the scope of work.
