Solicitation # 140G0226Q0145
Solicitation 140G0226Q0145 is a firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the USGS OAG Denver Acquisition Branch to provide next-generation sequencing (NGS) services for the Upper Midwest Water Science Center’s Michigan Bacteriological Research Laboratory. Award decisions are based on the most advantageous offer, where non-priced technical factors—specifically past performance, key personnel qualifications, and the capability to provide the required sequencing deliverables—are significantly more important than cost. Deliverables must meet strict quality standards, including a 75% quality score over 30 per sequencing run, and be delivered via secure FTP or external hard drive with comprehensive technical metadata. Payments are processed electronically through the Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and the place of performance is located in Lansing, Michigan.
