Solicitation W912BV-17-Q-0031, issued by the Department of Defense through the Endist Tulsa office, seeks herbicide services for Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas. This specific modification updates the instructions to offerors, pricing schedules, and the statement of work to ensure clarity regarding vegetation control requirements. Key administrative changes include extending the offer due date to June 9, 2017, and adjusting the deadlines for bidder inquiries and site visits. The technical scope focuses on two primary herbicide application goals. First, total vegetation control is required for riprap areas at the outlet channel, Cumberland dikes, embankment, and spillway structures to achieve a 95 percent kill rate. Second, broadleaf and Johnson grass control is required on the downstream slopes of the dam embankment and Cumberland dikes, targeting a 90 percent kill rate while ensuring no damage occurs to Bermuda grass. Updated boundary maps and tables are provided in the attachments to define the specific areas of performance.
