Full Description

The project consists of granting a non-exclusive easement from the County of San Diego to City of Chula Vista for construction of permanent infrastructure improvements for the Heritage Road Bridge Replacement Project, including a sidewalk, widening the bridge to bring it up to standards, with minor grading for additional right-of-way for sidewalk and parkway right-of-way for street public utilities which will include streetlights and communication conduits on County-owned property within the Otay Valley Regional Park. These modifications would not involve substantial changes in the magnitude of impacts identified in Heritage Road Bridge Replacement Project Mitigated Negative Declaration SCH#2017021078 and would not create new potentially significant impacts that would require mitigation.
