This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors will incur the cost to submit proposals at their own risk. Should funds not become available, the Government will not compensate Offerors for proposal costs. The solicitation number is 15-233-SOL-00008 and it is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Please view attachments. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76.
