(prevailing time) and will be announced at SEDCO’s Office on July 27 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM. Bid results will be available online at http://PennBid.bonfirehub.com following the meeting.
The project includes milling, asphalt patching, and signing along Keystone Boulevard in Cass and Foster Township. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications.

A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Highridge Improvement District Authority (HIDA), negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid.
