HIF Rapid River Warehouse H Re-roofing

The U.S. Forest Service is seeking a small business contractor to perform a complete roof replacement at Warehouse H in the Rapid River Ranger District on the Hiawatha National Forest in Michigan, under a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with an estimated value between $25,000 and $100,000. The contract requires completion within 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with a performance period from May 25 to October 12, 2026, and work restricted to weekday hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. All materials must comply with ASTM, UL, NFPA, and manufacturer specifications, with certifications required for fire resistance (Class A), wind resistance (Class H), and self-sealing properties. Submittals for products must be clearly labeled with model, size, and specifications, and unmarked submissions will be rejected. The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, with price being the sole evaluation factor, and technical acceptability assessed on a pass/fail basis.
