The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) has a requirement for Online Image Stock subscription. ONI intends to award a firm fixed price order for high resolution royalty free photographs, illustration, vectors, 3D editorial images and templates. This request is for delivery 9/27/2021 - 9/26/2022 for one base year and two (2) option years. The Government will evaluate the total price, inclusive of the options. Priced options will be included in the contract award. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and subsequent order is set-aside for small businesses. Quotes from other than small businesses will not be considered at this time. The Item Description is for Image stock subscription to include a shared plan of royalty free stock images for up to 20 users and SOW are attached for more information. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer quote is most advantageous to the government based on technically acceptable lowest price.
