AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 17, 2023 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Climate Chemistry Measurement and Research section of Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a highly portable analyzer for atmospheric CH4 and C2H6. The analyzer will be used during mobile surveys of methane and ethane mole fraction enhancements in urban areas as well as to track emissions from major facilities in the downstream oil and gas sector.
