1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and obtain industry input on the current requirement (more detail in section 2 below). The government is interested in gathering information about technical capabilities and solutions available in the market place. 1.2 Attached is the current Hill Enterprise Data Center (HEDC) performance work statement (PWS) and Question-Comment Matrix. Provide responses to government questions/comments in the "Government Questions" tab of the Question-Comment Matrix. Provide comments/questions regarding the PWS (reference the section of the PWS) in the "Contractor Questions" tab of the Question-Comment Matrix. 2. Program Details: This requirement is for the HEDC engineering, architectural design and sustainment, and program management services contract to continue lifecycle support and evolve the data center's current application hosting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), architecture and quality and configuration management in both the classified and unclassified enclaves. The HEDC is comprised of world class data centers managed by the 75 ABW/SC and is home to over 1200 physical and virtual servers hosting 150+ tools and applications. This service will provide all contract administration, contract management, personnel, tools, equipment, material, consumable supplies, operation and maintenance necessary to support the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) depot repair operations and tenant units of HAFB.
