1) Description: This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. At this time no solicitation exists. Therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. Responses in any form are not offers. The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested small businesses (e.g., 8(a)), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned) to provide Outreach Support Services for the U.S. Census Bureau located in Suitland, MD. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this requirement are 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. This Sources Sought Notice is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Codes. In addition to the tasks described in Attachment I, respondents shall include the following information: 1) Describe your company's ability and experience in developing outreach strategies and communication plans. 3) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these services to include General Service Administration (GSA) Schedules, National Institute of Health (NIH) NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 4) Company Primary Point of Contact Name, Business Title, Email & Telephone Number 5) NAICS codes associated with the company 6) Recommended/suggested NAICS codes for this effort 7) Business Classification / Socio-Economic Status under NAICS Code 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services 8) DUNS and CAGE Code Number; 9) Socio-economic categories associated with the company (i.e., SDB, WOSB, VOSB, etc.) 2) Submission of Information: Interested companies responding to this sources sought notice must provide a capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Governments requirements specified in Attachment I. All respondents are requested to identify their firm's sizes and type of business. Brochures alone are not sufficient documentation for demonstration of capabilities. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not exceed 10 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirement specified above.
