Hillman Associates has been engaged by the District of Columbia Department of Health to evaluate progress toward the goals of the current cancer control plan and to support the cancer coalition members in shaping recommendations for the upcoming version of the plan. The vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of how well the existing objectives have been met, analyzing data and outcomes to identify successes, gaps, and areas for improvement. Based on this analysis, the contractor will facilitate collaborative sessions with coalition stakeholders to develop targeted, evidence-based strategies and actionable recommendations to guide the next iteration of the cancer plan. The engagement is designed to ensure the future plan is responsive to community needs, aligned with best practices, and positioned for measurable impact.
