Full Description

The Town seeks a qualified and customer-service oriented firm to furnish and install lighting décor solutions at the Town Hall property located at 13400 Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, Florida 33330. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 4, Proposal Format, of this RFP.
The proposed scope as detailed in the RFP specifications includes: A) furnish and install holiday lighting décor solutions such as roofline lighting, tree wraps, wreaths, and entrance sign illumination, on a seasonal basis, and B) furnish and install a cost-effective permanent uplighting solution at Town Hall, to include app-based color control and as-needed service.
All lighting shall meet secure installation standards and be operational by mid-November 2025. Awarded firm shall be responsible for securing any applicable permits and inspections and must hold all licenses required to perform the specified work and services in accordance with local and state regulations.
Proposals shall include all associated costs required to perform the services described, including professional fees, insurance, materials, equipment, installation labor, and any other resources necessary for a complete and functional lighting solution. Final pricing may be subject to negotiation prior to contract award, based on the Town’s evaluation of value and scope alignment.
While it is the Town’s strong preference that the awarded firm perform all services directly, proposals involving subcontractors may be considered if clearly identified and justified in the proposal.
