This IFB is for Hollywood Reservoir Lakeridge Drive Landslide and Slope Restoration Phase II Emergency Watershed Project, and is advertised Full and Open Competition. Major items of construction are Excavation, 28,821 CY; 24" diameter, Cast-In-Drilled-Hole Reinforced Concrete Piles, 122 LF; 36" diameter, Cast-In-Drilled-Hole Reinforced Concrete Piles, 1287 LF; Retaining Walls, Reinforced Concrete/Shotcrete Panels, 296 CY; Furnish and Install Reinforced Concrete Structures: Swales, Down-Drains, Gutters, and Stairs, 263 CY; Backfill and Compact, 19,439 CY; Load, Haul Excess Excavated Materials to the Designated Borrow Site and Compact, 9,382 CY; and Hydroseeding, 2.01 AC. The period of performance is 137 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bids are due 7/21/2011 by 3:00 p.m., local time at the Davis office. A site visit is scheduled for 7/13/11 at 1:00 pm local time.
