Full Description

In accordance with Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes, known as the Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Martin County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional architecture and engineering services. These services will include master planning for the Martin County Correctional Facility, preliminary design, programming, cost estimates, and a presentation to the Martin County Board of County Commissioners for the new Mental Health Housing Pod at the Holt Correctional Facility. Phase 1 of the scope of work is funded by a State appropriation and shall be completed by June 30, 2025. Additional Phases of the Scope of Work will be awarded in the future as funding becomes available. Additional phases may include those items listed above in the Detailed Scope of Work. The County will negotiate future phases with the awarded firm. Any additional work will be incorporated into the Contract as an Amendment.
This contract is partially funded by an Agreement for State Financial Assistance between Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Martin County Board of County Commissioners (Award Number: TJ002). Therefore, the successful Consultant and its subconsultants shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, as applicable.
