Home Country Support Services under Miss L Settlement

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking a contractor to provide Home Country Support Services for beneficiaries of the Miss L settlement to facilitate their reunification with family members. The scope of work involves comprehensive administrative and logistical support, including assistance with parole and employment authorization applications, securing necessary country exit and U.S. entry documentation, and coordinating fingerprinting, embassy interviews, and appointments. The contractor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end travel process, which includes creating pre-reunification plans, booking international travel, providing pre-departure briefings, and conducting pre-embarkation health checks. Additionally, the provider must offer on-site assistance at departure and entry ports, supply information regarding post-reunification behavioral health services, and maintain a toll-free help desk for callers both within and outside the United States.
