Solicitation Number: DU206SF-16-R-0002 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: Home Sales and Market Data Subscription - DU206SF-16-R-0002 The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Ft. Worth requires a contractor to provide services for Home Sales and Market Data Subscription services. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. Additional detail on the requirements can be found in the Statement of Work (attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is DU206SF-16-R-0002 issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (FAR Part 13.5). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72, 01 January 2014. This acquisition is unrestricted - North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531390 Other Activities Related to Real Estate. The business size standard is $7,500,000 for 531390. See the Statement of Work (Attachment 1) for details. The Quotations may be in any format and MUST include: - Proposing company's name, address, Tax ID Number, Cage Code, and phone - Point of contact's name, phone, and email. - Quotation number & date - Item price - Total price -- Applicable discounts - Timeframe that the quote is valid - Delivery Schedule - Completed FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications (if not in SAM) Contract financing is NOT provided for this acquisition. Quotations shall be accompanied by a completed FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications (Apr 2012), and adhere to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Feb 2012). The Government intends to award one firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award without discussions and the Government reserves the right not to make an award at all. The Government's preferred method is electronic Representations and Certifications. This can be accomplished by registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and completing the on-line Representations and Certifications. The Contracting Officer will review quotations based on the factors listed in this solicitation and the information furnished by the offeror.
