*****Ammendment 0002 Begin***** Contractor Questions / Government Answers Q1: There are inconsistencies between Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 for several locations, which one is correct? A1: The PWS has been updated to resolve the inconsistencies. Section 1.7 under the Scoop Of Work it doesn't specify if you need us to include the filters as well. Can you please clarify? A2: Repairs, filters, and grease catcher replacements are not part of routine clean under paragraph 1.7 of the PWS. Those items would be considered Over and Above Repairs. For over and above repairs, contractors can submit estimates/proposals to make the corrections after the contract has been awarded and they've had time to thuroughly inspect the systems.
