Hope House Phase 1 Restoration

Delaware State University is soliciting bids for the Hope House Phase 1 Restoration, a single prime contract based on a stipulated price for the selective exterior and interior restoration of the Hope House building located at 1200 North DuPont Hwy, Dover, Delaware.
