This Request For Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), 766 Specialized Contracting Squadron, Strategic Acquisitions Flight (766 SCONS/PKI). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of any response(s) to this notice. PURPOSE: The purpose of this notice is for Market Research purposes only IAW FAR PART 10. The Government seeks response to the specific questions listed below as a result of the Draft Scope of Services (SOS) attached. The responses/feedback received in response to this notice will be used to identify the markets availability. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Government has a requirement for non-personal services in support of the Indo-Pacific Safety: Air Forces Exchange (ISAFE2019). The contractor shall provide hotel lodging, conference room, command and control room, buffet style lunches, meals, refreshments, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and audio visual support as identified in the attached Scope of Services. Contractors facility must be in Waikiki Hawaii and as a minimum '4 star' hotel. CONTRACT TYPE/ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance shall be for Sixty (60) rooms total. Five (5) from 18 August to 23 August 2019, and Fifty-five rooms from 19 August to 23 August 2019. PROJECTED CONTRACT AWARD DATE: On or before 31 July 2019 The results of this RFI will also be used as an effort to obtain competition, identify qualified potential sources, and promote full and open competition to the maximum extent practicable. INFORMATION REQUESTED: Interested parties shall provide responses in the same numerical order as listed below. At a minimum, interested parties shall provide complete/sufficient responses to questions below. The Contracting Officer will deem incomplete/insufficient responses received from interested parties as unacceptable. As a result, interested parties or potential offeror's submission lacks the capability to be determined "responsible" to perform this requirement. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A CAPABILITIES STATEMENT/BRIEF. Specific responses to the questions below are requested. 1. After reviewing the Scope of Service - What is your availability for meeting the dates of 18 - 23 Aug 2019? 2.
