The intent of the City is to hold a Household Hazardous Waste Day for its residents to be scheduled on ONE (1) OF THE TWO (2) SPECIFIC SATURDAYS LISTED ON THE BID FORM and is issuing this Invitation to Bid to obtain pricing for the collection and proper removal and disposal of Hazardous Household Waste under the instruction of the Department of Public Facilities. Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of all necessary materials, equipment and personnel as per Scope of Services attached. For further information, please contact Michele Otero - contact@example.gov No work shall be performed, or deliveries made under the contract award until a Purchase Order has been issued by the Purchasing Department. Bidders to provide two (2) copies of Bid package. This is a Unit Price Bid and no Bid bond is required with bid submittals.
