The final recommendation for the award will be at the discretion of the County to one or more qualified bidders. The selected bidder(s) will provide comprehensive assessments, outpatient SMHS and housing supportive services as indicated in the Scope of Work using an acceptable evidence-based practice (EBP) service delivery model, based on individual needs.
