HP Latex R Series Printhead Cleaning Kits and HP 886 White Latex Ink

The City of Houston is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of HP Latex printer maintenance and ink products for use with HP Latex R Series printing equipment. All items shall be new, unused, genuine HP products, and shall meet the manufacturer’s current specifications. Solicitation Requirements The awarded vendor shall meet the following requirements throughout the term of the purchase order: Qualified Vendor: Vendor shall be regularly engaged in the sale and distribution of HP Latex printer supplies and related products. OEM Products: Vendor shall supply new, genuine, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) HP products. Counterfeit, used, refurbished, remanufactured, or unauthorized aftermarket products will not be accepted. Product Identification: Vendor shall provide products that exactly correspond to the specified manufacturer part numbers: HPG0Z00A – HP Latex R Series Printhead Cleaning Kit HPG0Z09A – HP 886 White Latex Ink – White Product Condition: All products shall be factory-sealed, undamaged, and in the manufacturer's original packaging at the time of delivery. Compatibility: Vendor shall ensure that all products supplied are compatible with the applicable City of Houston HP Latex R Series printing equipment. Product Shelf Life: Vendor shall ensure that ink products have sufficient remaining shelf life upon delivery and are not expired, damaged, leaking, or otherwise unsuitable for use. Delivery: Vendor shall deliver all products to the City of Houston designated delivery location within the quoted delivery timeframe. Packaging and Handling: Vendor shall be responsible for properly packaging and handling all products to prevent damage, contamination, leakage, or deterioration during transportation. Inspection and Acceptance: All products are subject to inspection and acceptance by the City of Houston. The City reserves the right to reject products that do not conform to the solicitation specifications. Replacement of Nonconforming Products: Vendor shall, at no additional cost to the City, promptly replace any product determined to be defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming. No Unauthorized Substitutions: Vendor shall not substitute products, manufacturer part numbers, or product configurations without prior written approval from the City of Houston. Pricing: Vendor shall honor the awarded pricing for the quantities specified and shall clearly identify any applicable freight, delivery, handling, or other charges. Documentation: Upon request, Vendor shall provide manufacturer documentation, product specifications, proof of authenticity, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify compliance. Responsibility for Product Authenticity: The awarded vendor shall be responsible for ensuring the authenticity and traceability of all HP products supplied under the purchase order.
