HPL Processing Supplies *revised scope of work*

The City of Houston is seeking proposals for a range of library processing supplies under solicitation INF-2026-0315, with a response deadline of August 13, 2026. Vendors must provide brand-new, unused items in exact quantities and specifications including: five 16" x 200' 1.5-mil paperfold adjustable book jacket covers, one hundred eighty boxes of 1-5/8" x 9/10" foil-back continuous pin-fed labels, five cartons of 12" x 24" adjustable jacket lengths in bulk packs of 500, six rolls of 1"H x 3/4"W teen classification labels, ten 1"W x 8"L plastic bone folders, and one roll of 2 1/4” x 4 ½” ultra-aggressive glossy label protectors. All price quotes must include both single item pricing and the grand total with shipping and handling costs included. Bidders must demonstrate proven experience meeting library operational needs and be capable of registering as a vendor with the City of Houston. Deliveries are to be made to the Houston Public Library at 500 McKinney, Houston, TX 77002, with all products required to be available or services started no later than August 31, 2026.
