The vendor must deliver high-quality, cost-effective coverage through dual-option plans—Low and High—for all coverage tiers: Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Employee + Family. Pricing must be submitted net of commissions, with full disclosure of any administrative fees, subsidies, or credits related to technology integration, open enrollment, and system setup.
