AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 04, 2022 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under TSPS SA Task Based, E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 2. This bid solicitation is being issued to obtain the services of resources with expertise in the processing of complex and highly sensitive Access to Information Act and Privacy Act requests in order to assist Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada in fulfilling its legislative requirements. Canada is seeking to establish up to 7 contracts for a period of 1 year each, plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
