ANY MANUFACTURER, OTHER THAN THE APPROVED SOURCE, WISHING TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL ON THIS ITEM MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETE SOURCE APPROVAL REQUEST (SAR) PACKAGE.
