R--RADx Coordination Center Notice of Intent
Solicitation # 75N98026R00176
The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) has issued a Notice of Intent under solicitation 75N98026R00176 to award a non-competitive modification to IDIQ Contract No. 75N92022D00014. This modification intends to increase the contract ceiling for the Massachusetts General Hospital Consortia for Improving Medicine with Innovation and Technology (CIMIT) to support the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx-Tech) initiative. The initiative operates as an innovation funnel to accelerate the development, commercialization, and implementation of health technologies through a collaborative network consisting of a Coordination Center for operational oversight and workflows, a Commercialization Center for subject matter expert selection, and a Validation Center for technical and clinical verification. The government anticipates issuing the modification around December 2026. While this is a non-competitive intent, interested parties may submit capability statements via email to the contracting officer, Melanie Suarez, or contract specialist, Noelle Decenzo, by November 2, 2026. Submissions must reference the notice number and include details regarding employee count, professional qualifications of technical personnel, available facilities and equipment, and an outline of similar previous research projects. All responding parties must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The USSOUTHCOM requires contractor support in the area of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Preparedness (HA/DP). The nations of Central America, South America and the Caribbean have continually experienced a turbulent history of widespread natural disasters. Throughout the region, the USSOUTHCOM J79-4 Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP), in collaboration with local, national, regional, international, governmental, and non-governmental organizations are working together to improve the host nations disaster response capabilities. This has been accomplished by increasing the capacity and regional infrastructure of host nations through support of established Regional Emergency Management Mechanisms. A coordinated effort between the U.S. Country Teams and USSOUTHCOM has improved the capacity, capability, and timeliness of recipient countries to respond to humanitarian emergencies and thereby reduce the need for U.S. Military Assistance. Please submit any responses to this posting to Mr. Benjamin Guerrero: benjamin.guerrero.civ@army.mil, no later than 3:00 PM EST by 15 February 2023.

Solicitation # W912CM-25-GTEADACE27-02
The U.S. Army, through the Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate and U.S. Army Europe and Africa in partnership with the FUZE xTech Program, is conducting Accelerated Capability Event 27-02 for Spectrum Enabled Warfare. This initiative seeks operationally mature electromagnetic spectrum operations capabilities at Technology Readiness Level 6 or higher to enhance the ability of U.S. and NATO forces to sense, exploit, and protect contested electromagnetic environments. The effort focuses on four primary capability areas: Electromagnetic Support and Tactical Surveillance, Autonomous Network Management, Electromagnetic Environment Visualization and Battle Damage Assessment Tools, and Electromagnetic Attack and Active Countermeasures. The acquisition process utilizes a competitive down-select mechanism starting with a concept white paper and video submission. Up to 15 finalists will be selected to participate in a live Soldier Exercise in Germany during early 2027, with up to five final winners chosen. Selected vendors receive prize funds from a 1.5 million dollar pool and are onboarded into the G-TEAD Library of Competed Capabilities, making them eligible for rapid follow-on contracts without further competition. Potential follow-on funding includes a 10 million dollar pool for Army SBIR Direct to Phase II awards for eligible small businesses in specific capability areas and a 6 million dollar pool for Prototype Other Transaction Agreements. Eligible participants include domestic and foreign for-profit and nonprofit organizations, provided they are not based in a Foreign Country of Concern. Technical solutions must adhere to open standards such as MOSA, SOSA, CMOSS, and CMFF, and demonstrate compatibility with the EFDI Data Backbone. The submission deadline for the initial concept white paper and video is October 30, 2026. Finalists and winners must possess a CAGE or NCAGE code to receive awards.
