This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Hurlburt Field is seeking contractor who would be able to assist in the recovery of the base after a natural disaster or other emergency situation/event. Those that respond will be added the master list for use if/when a need arises. Being on this list does not preclude the government from releasing a formal solicitation if time permits. Those types of work include but are not limited to: Air Conditioning/Plumbing, Equipment Rentals, Furnishing Management, Generators, Heavy Equipment, Hotels/Motels, Lock Services, MFH Maintenance Contract, Mortician/Funeral Services, Oil Recovery Contractors, Port-o-lets, Refrigerator Truck, Refuse Services, Tarp and Roofing Covers, Tree Services, Utilities, Vehicle Rental, Water Removal. For those interested, please submit your contact information and capabilities. Contractors may add multiple NAICS codes and capabilities. Also, include a pdf copy of your company’s capability statement/brief. Be sure the document is labeled with your name. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the government to issue a solicitation.
