This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RFQP02130302014. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of 14.0 million. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The closing date for this solicitation is April 4, 2014. All bids must be good for 30 days after this closing date. All lines items are included on the attached RFQ. These items are exact match items to coordinate with existing equipment at the facility. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination. All equipment must be new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
